What size is right for my baby?


While we try to categorize most clothing by age, we recommend taking a look at our sizing chart for exact measurements.


Do you ship internationally?


Unfortunately, we do not ship orders internationally at this time. However, we are looking to open up our store to international orders very soon!


What payment options do you accept?


We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American express cards. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.


I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?


We apologize for this inconvenience. In rare cases, our emails may end up in your spam or junk folders, so be sure to check there. If you still don’t see them, this may mean your payment has been declined. If you believe this is an error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to sort this issue out for you.


Why was my payment declined or cancelled?


Payments are usually declined for either 1 of two reasons - either your information was entered in correctly, or our fraud detection system prevented the transaction from going through. In the event that our bank declined the transaction after yours did not, your money may still be on hold for 1-2 business days. After that, it will be returned.


How do I track my order?


Tracking numbers will be emailed to you automatically when your order ships. Orders may be sent via UPS, Fedex, or USPS.


Can I get faster shipping?


Sure! Multiple shipping options will be available to you at checkout.


What is your return policy?


Unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a 100% refund (minus shipping and handling charges) for up to 30 days after their purchase. Opened, damaged, or used products may be eligible for a refund (partial or in full) at the discretion of our returns department.

How quickly will orders be processed?


All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that during holidays or large sale events, there may be a slight delay in processing.
